The broker was given a power of attorney protecting an elder that is not able to make sound financial decisions and it took hell and high water to get her to recognize it. Rather than respect the POA as she's supposed to according to Florida law, she fought the family tooth and nail until they went to the Florida State Attorney General's Elder Abuse Department.
