Ira Woods & Sons has failed to ship a 6.5" Shun Classic Nakiri kitchen knife ordered more than 8 weeks ago. The original ship estimate on irawoods.com was listed at 48 hours. First complaint resulted in a response from customer service that the item would not ship for 2 weeks. More than 8 weeks and several complaints later, the company has "adjusted" the estimated ship date twice, refused 3 requests for a refund, and repeatedly avoided correcting what's become a very bad situation.
