Our area suffered a widespread power failure beginning during the late evening hours of Tuesday, February 1, 2011 and our power was restored at approximately 9:00 PM on Wednesday, February 2, 2011. When the power was restored, we were visiting our next door neighbor. Their cable service came on immediately. This is especially relevant because their line originates from the same pole as ours.
