Emirates high street.com sent via Arvato distribution GM goods purchased with airmiles and cash to Anne Ibbs, Golf Cottage, Montagu Road, Formby, L37 1LB. The items did not arrive. Subsequently a card was received via mail on the 13th February, correctly addressed, advising that they [UPS] had been unable to deliver on the 4th of February because 'directions needed'.
