I received this product as a birthday gift and when I went to set it up, firstly I couldn't because there was a high speed cable required that was not included with the product, and nowhere in the packaging was it listed as required. The cable cost an additional $24.00! Then, when I hooked everything up, I couldn't figure out the directions to configure the scanning mechanism so I contacted live chat support and was told that the product was not compatible with my Wondows 98 software and would not work! This seems like a bait and switch scam to get me to upgrade my software, which is perfectly fine for the purposes I need except this. read full review »
