I purchased this product on-line with the assurance that it would help me recover photos from a damaged camera card. Instead of recovering the photos, the software PHOTORECOVERY froze my computer so totally that it required me to physically unplug my computer from the wall. I then downloaded a competitor's product which worked perfectly and I was able to recover over 99% of my files.
