My wife thought she got a great deal on an Orlando Hotel using gtahotels.com but when we checked in we discovered the hotel wanted to charge room tax. Now I find we could have been worse off, as others using this service have discovered they had no reservation at all after paying otels.com (apparently related to gtahotels.com). We were promised quick action when we called their 800 number, but so far have no action from them. I would not deal with them again.
