I received a call from a number 888-332-8122 the woman identified herself several times as being from Visa Mastercard 'the' company. I asked her how I could be sure that he was genuine. She cited the Consumer Protection Act and told me he could lower the rates on my credit cards to 4.9%. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she told me she was 'the supervisor' of the whole floor.
