we were contacted by club navigo for a timeshare free vacation. we were told false details including our responsibilities over the phone. once we paid by credit card ($199.00) and received info in the mail we noticed all the requirements that we specifically asked on the phone were different than we were told on the phone. we submitted a request for refund by certified mail per their requirements. it has been a few days short of one month since they received our request for refund (via certified mail) and still no refund. my husband just tried... read full review »
