I was supposed to receive a sample trial a small charge of 4.99. I did not receive it, latter I got unauthorized charge on my credit card, 85.00 dollars, I called the rep. I told her what happen she gave a comf. number, also i gotten her name, (Remember too do this, ) i ALSO ASK FOR THE SUPVISOR. She told me, she will reburse me in 14, 15 days, I will see if they will do so, untill then, PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE IT, AND THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OF 85.00 DOLLARS, AND GO THROGH WHAT I DID, AND I'M SURE MANY OTHERS, WILL TELL YOU THE SAME...
