A few years ago, I bought from this company solely on price alone- I was trying to save a buck. In the end, I ended up spending far more and the hassle wasn't worth it. The system arrived over a week late, and it didn't include the free software bundle I was promised. I was told that I didn't get it even though my original salesperson told me I would.
