This is a major scam. . they say they will send you a cd for 3.95 to assist you to learn about government grants. After two weeks, I became suspicious and when I tried to contact them, there was no functioning site. They send you confirmation emails, etc, look very official but it's a major scam. There is no CD and they ding your credit card for addition $74.95. Thanks to my credit card company, I was able to get the charges removed. Beware! read full review »
