My worst online shopping experience ever was with Mobshop. When they first launched, I thought it was a great idea, and purchased several video games from them at good prices. But then I purchased Rayman (GBC) for $15.00 in May 2000 and never received it. I thought, "Okay, I'll call them up and let them know."
