I was billed for Acai slim ($89.95) a month when all I asked for was a sample for $3.95. I was able to cancel some of these charges, but one month is still pending. I am also trying to cancel a supplementary program that I am billed $29.95 for from www.fit-fac.com whic I did not order. I see there have been numerous complaints from other people about this same issue. When I tried to cancel this service, I was put on hold for 20 min., then told only i month could be canceled.
