This is bogus practice of "trial bottle" of Colon cleanser. Order trial and "thought I was paying shipping" only to discover 3 days later I'm charged $74.95. No phone assistance. Was given a website "verifyyourorder.com" - went through the steps to cancel, live chat opens and takes the information and says they will cancel the account and refund charge.
