Colonial Crossings of Williamsburg (VA) gave us a certificate as part of our purchase of a time share. We completed the certification in August 2008, for a flight from Dulles airport (DC) to Orange County airport(CA) in February 2009 and sent the required fee. Certs, in November 2008, sent us a request for additional monies due to a "history of cost of flights " between our requested destination and departure airports.
