I was promised to have a cable spliter installed and after getting everything else done they refused to do what they said. They said it would be included in the price they quoted me but instead they tried charging me extra. They also locked me into a 2 year contract when I told them I was only interestd in a 1 year contract. I tried to explain this to them and the installer told me he would get some answers and have someone get back to me. They never did and I had to call them.
