I ordered a piece of furniture and a price was cited. After months, I received an email from Vanguard shipping requesting over $400 of storage fees over the $800 paid in China for storage, plus had to find a shipper for more money. Then I was told I couldn't even get the piece due to customs and now they say it is in customs and there is a fee for that as well.
