Chase is going to lose all my personal and business accounts by treating excellent customers like myself who don't default or ever make late payments and turn around and raise rates on us. Called them and notified that i never received a notice in increase rates, they said they did late january with a deadline to respond by mid feb! First off, not enough time to make a decision...and when asked if there was anything they could do? NOTHING! Rep was smug and very unfriendly. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH CHASE!!!
