In 2008 December, my wife signed up with Rogers for the home phone, blackberry, internet & cable. We had also purchased a PVR and paid in full at the store. She was having statement from Rogers and stated she had to pay for the PVR (which was already paid for in the first place.) After so many phone calls to Rogers and explained the situation, they still send harassment letter to her stating if she does not paid her bill, the collection agency will be involved.
