In viewing our credit report..we note that Chase Bank has entered a negative comment regarding a business transaction for non-pay against us... We have never had any kind of an account with Chase absolutely nothing! No loan..mortgage..checking or saving account.. absolutely nothing!! Fkn assholes!! We did'nt get a mortgage statement for August.and NO -one returned our calls for assistance...we sent it in per the info we have on August 2nd but the check still has'nt reached the bank...our e-mails are reurned we can't make a connection w/Owen is anyone else having problems with Ocwen this month? Ocwen has NUMEROUS complaints against them in this board...I'm wondering ..has anyone just walked away from their home..if so what happened? I too had my loan with Saxon... somehow Ocwen ..wound up with it...I have never missed a payment or been late...This home has been sitting empty for about 18 months.. because its in a small rural town where there is NO work..and No way to sell this property...I am basically feeding a dead animal...and I just want to sign off on a DEED In LIEU Of Foreclosure..and walk away...has anyone else done this w/Ocwen? I had a vehicle financed with hsbc and credit cards for several years, and not had problems until recently, as we consistently over-pay our accounts. I did'nt understand what was going on when the billings stopped..come to find out HSBC sold the note on our vehicle to Santander Consumer..whom we have never heard of..all of a sudden we get a collection letter from santander a demand for payment with no explanation...after checking things out we learned that HSBC sold the note back in March but...no one bothered to let us know... read full review »

I purchased Insurance from watkins because they were local...they stuck it to me for all they could...this ups their commissions...they moved away...My insurance cards expired so I called them to find out where they had moved...they gave me a fake address...on Anderson Mill Rd...I drove over there to get my cards...for about an hour & a half I searched...I stopped and asked people If they knew where they were...NO! These worthlees bastards keep harassing me calling me hanging up the phone, , leaving only a phone # to call back when I call back they hang up..
