From day one of our service, we've had nothing but trouble with our network provider. We started calling immediately about the difficulties we were having with Hughes Net. The system is tremendously slow. So we called Hughes Net. The technical support team you get are from another country. On a good day, you get someone who speaks English. The rest of the time, you call back until you get someone that can at least acknowledge what you are saying.
