Tulsa ALC left town/closed/not sure. They don't exist anymore. Got letter from another company that has "taken over" clients. You only get 6 treatments for laser hair removal - if you need more then you have to travel to Houston (closest ALC) for more or pay the new company that took over the Tulsa ALC. 6 treatments is not enough, and they actually expect me to drive/fly to Houston for a treatment.
