I contacted DISH NETWORK on 3/16/09 to inquire about their packages and pricing. The rep who answered my call was possibly named Stella. She was very difficult to understand and hard to hear due to all the background noise(sounded like children laughing and playing) and I frequently had to ask her to repeat herself during our VERY LONG conversation. I very clearly told her from the beginning of the conversation that I WAS NOT ordering DISH NETWORK only inquiring about prices.
