I have been getting unjustified fees and charges from Dishnetwork, just for ordering international channels only and refusing to order American channels, which I have with my cable company. The charges are things like: HD Enabling fee, TV2 service fee, Solo Receiver fee, DuoReceiver fee, HD Recording Servcie fee!!! When I tried to dispute the charges, I was told that they are all valid and I cannot dispute them.
