Well, here it goes... I always pay my accounts on line and check them every 2 weeks to make sure they are up to date. Chase Bank website however stated that no payment was due, even though I had an outstanding balance. I did make a payment every 2 weeks however and it showed that my payments were being accepted as my balance was being reduced online, then one day I am at a dept store and my credit card gets declined (now I know I have enough to purchase what I need as I had just been online and checked it 30 minutes b4 I left for the dept... read full review »
