online ad read my trail for shipping 3.97. was charged twice. Only ordered once. Before receiving the product I saw charges on my credit card for 79.90 twice. called and as given a RA# to return when received. Received on 2/5/09 returned on 2/6/09 with a return confirmation from the post office. Called several times and now when speaking with a rep and than a supervisior Robert S #109 was told both orders were shopped on 1/22/09. He told the orders were placed on 1/18/09 and 1/22/09.
