Received the 2009 Bottom Line Yearbook; which I never ordered. 2 weeks later I receive the bill in the mail for $31.90. This happened before with them. Took foreever to get ahold of them and it got straightened out(so I thought)! I don't want anything of theirs, ever. read full review »
