i had always an international plan so when my husband called from NJ to Manila, Phils for about 60 minutes, i was charged $275 + taxes which amounted to $300+ and when i asked why the charged was outrageous, they said that i did not have a plan which i did. i wrote 2 letters to them in PA and NJ but no response. I asked them if they can slice the charge to 50% they never answered. what do i do? read full review »
