Beware of using this business for any repairs!!! I used this business because Magnavox/Phillips recommended them. They picked up my television on 1/29/2009 for repairs that were to take 1-1/2 weeks. Here it is 3/21/2009 and I do not have the television. I have called them numerous times and it seems they never are there during business hours as a message machine comes on...They do not return calls and the times I have talked to someone, they never know whats going on and will pass the message on to the owner Edwin Herrera.
