I ordered flowers through ProFlowers.com and in order to get to the checkout, I was directed to view easysaver.com. I did not accept their offer for service and processed my flower order to my daughter. The next thing I know, I have a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for Easy Saver. This was my second purchase through ProFlowers.com and I read all the material regarding Easy Saver the first time. I did not agree to their service!! This is a fatal flaw for anyone purchasing from ProFlowers.com and I am not the first customer to have this issue.
