I entered into a purchase and sales agreement for a boat contingent on an acceptable survey. $2200 deposit was given. the contract states "in the event the sales is not consummated by reason of unsatisfactory survey...Deposit shall be returned" I called and emailed to get my deposit and everytime the "check is in the mail." It has been 30 days since the contract has been broken and no idea when it will be returned.
