Verizon offers broadband service over their V640 Express Card. They billed me $400 for roaming over into Canada when I was never in Canada. For 5 years in the same location they billed $60 plus a month for service. I called customer service. They were nasty, horrible and absolutely said pay the bill, you incurred the service. I explained I was never in Canada. I said I will pay some of it just to work it out, but I have been a customer for over 5 years and have the expectation of remaining a customer for 20 more.
