On Tuesday, March 24, 2009 I checked the UPS website to see if a package that was supposed to be delivered via UPS (2nd attempt) had been delivered. The tracking update said that there was an "exception." I found this odd because I knew that my mother had the front door open and was making sure to listen for the package. When I called my mother and told her what happened - she became quite upset and said "the driver lied!"
