After ordering books online, I recieved my shipment two weeks later. When I opened the box, I noticed that I recieved that wrong books. I promptly did what the instructions said and returned the wrong books. Hopeing this would take care of the problem and that I would recieve the right books in return. But, No. After several emails to the company's customer service dept. who apparently can not read english but also does not speak it, I was told that I was getting a refund.
