SBC/AT&T let an unauthorized person set up this service without my knowledge and then continued to bill me for it for 17 months! This is absolutely ridiculous. It is billed as Total Protection Plus VMail with a monthly fee of $14.95!!. Since I already pay AT&T for Callnotes (their voicemail service) and we pay for additional storage and time to keep messages longer.
