I have several complaints. The first is that a Blizzard employee hijacked the account of one of our guild members. We know this because most of the members of our guild are computer professionals, several have Master's Degrees in Computers Sciences. Blizzard was slow to correct this, never did return our items, and then suspended my account for 24hrs because I complained on behalf of this person.
