Thought I had unemployment, but I missed some appointment I did not even now about until it was to late, ( I got the appointment in the mail the day of the appointment) so now they are taking my entire check to pay back what I have already drawn. How can they use funds for unemploy to pay back what is owed from unemploy, this does not make sense, because the same money they are claiming I have no right to is being used to pay back the money they say I have no right to?
