I ordered the easy white system on feb 11th. At 11pm. I recieved the shipment after the 15th. I went online and cancelled the membership. To double check I also called in. The rep told me I was not charged and would not be charged. At this time charges had not showed up on my account so I didn't know the better. I get my credit card bill and see that I have been charged 78. and some odd cents. I call the company. Which let me tell you was a huge undertaking. I told them they should pay me for my time.
