Ordered free 30-day trial for $4.95 Shipping. Received product on the March 10. Called on March 12 when product made me light headed--please cancell. Done within the 14-day trial. When I cancelled on March 12, they said that was all I needed to do. Today, March 30, I was reviewing my online bank statement. I found an unauthori zed charge for $39.95. When I called, I was told it was because I had not sent in the unused portion. Huh! no risk 30-day supply. When I cancelled they did not mention returning unused. When I received the producted I opened the envelope enough to see there was no paperwork whatsoever included. Immediately red flags went up. It is hard to call to cancell when no addresses or phone numbers are included. When I was online looking at my bank account today I noticed a charge I had not authorized. I tried calling the number on my e-statement. The phone line sounds like it's dead when they put you on hold. After the third try I finally had someone answer after waiting several minutes.
