I have ordered from Amazon for years, which UPS has been the carrier. Recently, the local carrier has stopped leaving packages outside my door and, instead, has dropped them further and further away from my house. Now I find them near the road, outside my gate. A couple of them have 'gone missing.' Anyone who reads this and has a similar compliant, please do what I'm going to do, and file it with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) .
