We received a "Winning Final Notification" from Shoppers Sweepstakes indicating we'd won $250, 000.00. They included a check for $4980.00 to cover processing and "payment of applicable Government Taxes". They indicate the tax amount is $2995.00 "to be paid by either Moneygram or Western Union".
