My Hyundai Getz, 1.5 Diesel broke its cambelt. I took it to the Hyundai agents because they are supposed to be the experts. What a load of bull.
Only after two months I received my car back. The motor sounds as if there is a tractor motor installed. The whole car shakes when it idle. It can not pull away from stand still without taking the refs up to 3500 rpm. All of this cost me a whole R17 139.

I took my 1998 Chevy pickup truck in for an oil change. No big deal right??? Wrong. I dropped my car off, about an hour later I returned to find that my truck will not start. At this point the manager walked out and asked if the truck has always done that? My truck may be old but it has been very well maintained. Any noise before hand I think I would have noticed. Hi, we purchased an i10 from Trident Hyundai 100 feet road. The service provided by them is really poor and the customer service is appaling. We met different customer care executives everytime we went. Finally when we collected the car they we had to fight to get a deposit refund of Rs.1000 that we had made. Dealership lied about a vehicle coming in. They took a $1, 000 deposit to give me the first option to purchase this vehicle. I realized later there was no vehicle. They used this tactic to take me off the market and tie up my money. Promised me a loaner car, but would not actual give me one. Had no car, so they told me to get rental and promised to pay, but did not. I got fed up and went elsewhere and purchased a Hyundai. They now refuse to refund $1, 000 deposit. The absolutely most disgusting integrity issue with Canadian Tire was the statement that was issued on WV - Toronto, Saturday, April 9, 2011. The public denial by their head office of any wrongdoing by their auto service repairs in light of the profound evidence given in that same production is unforgiveable. The person who issued the statement from the Head Office should be fired with a company apology to the Canadian public. I will never, never cross the door of a Canadian Tire store.
