Phoenix car rental is the same as Sabain car rental. They quote you a great rate. Then put you in a death trap and add extra fee's. They charged me $200 over the quote. They also do not tell you when you make the reservations that it is rent a broken down banged up nasty unsafe car. I went to the dealership and we agreed on $2000 down with payments of $468.52. The sales manager sent the wrong information over to the finance department and they charged me $3000 instead. I did not notice the difference until I received my credit card bill which had the $3000 charge. I went back to the dealership and they said they couldn't do anything to help me. They changed the deal on me without consulting me and sold me the car with a higher down payment and higher monthly payments then had been discussed with me. DO NOT USE these people! They do not know how to repair an ATV. We dropped of a 4 wheeler that had been crashed into a tree and well as new parts. We were told they could straighten the frame and make it near new. $800.00 later we have FLYS ATV stickers all over our STILL wrecked Honda 4 wheeler! Transmission on my 2011 GMC Terrian is slipping/jerking and I have less than 3000 miles on the vehicle. This dealer sold me a used car by showing me a list of options that were supposed to be on the vehicle and then an option - the aux jack- was not on the car. It should have been there from the factory but the car was a 2009 so it was probably wrecked and redone at the glove box area so there is no jack. I specifically asked for a car with the jack but when I saw the data port in the glove box I assumed I only needed the right cord and they did not correct that assumption. He is not registered with DOT as a legal "FOR HIRE" transport or trucking or towing company. Federal law says if you are out there "for hire" In the transportation, hauling, towing, trucking business you legally must register as "FOR HIRE" to have legal privilege to transport for hire, thing that you don't own, other people's property. And it further states if your heading out of your home state or crossing state lines you MUST have federal motor carrier authority. This fella has nothing but a story. I went here for shifting problems, and they diagnosed it as a slave cylinder and charged me over $400. It didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to charge me to do other things, and charge me, in a "process of elimination". I went to the dealer and they knew what it was right away, a worn clutch, but the dealer's technicians confirmed it, replaced the clutch and did it right the first time. The Bureau of Automotive Repair asked Precision Tune Poway to reimburse the labor, and they didn't. I sued them in court and Precision Tune Poway still never paid me. Company advertised a 2004 VW Beetle convertible for sale with 7800 miles for $9800. I called and after talking to saleman offered full price. I wired money to them. In August 2008 I purchased a Toyota Yaris Sedan, which I thought was a good decision. About 3 months later, the recalls began, car after car were recalled. I had taken my Armada in to have the air conditioner looked at. The AC was shutting off randomly then came on when I restarted the car. It was only the front air condition that was messing up, the back air never stopped blowing. They did call and tell me they had to take off the overhead console to look at wiring.
