Judge for yourself This place has limited parking for customers also when browsing cars the space is very limited. Barely open a car door without hitting next. Their building is a small one room shack so very little privacy to discuss your purchase and personal information. The cars themselves are poorly maintained they had to jump start the car just for the test drive. Black Window Bike Works in Shrewsbury, NJ Lied about knowing how to install a part on my motorcycle as a result of this the bike was not running properly and had to go to the dealer and cost me more to get it fixed. I notified Black Window and they said they released it to me when it wasn't ready... and thats my fault? They told me it was done when I got there. Isn't that dangerous? This car auction gave false online information for the car and after the sale I was told that according to their Terms and Conditions neither the auction or the seller ( in this case Royal Sun & Alliance) are responsible for the description of the cars they selling. I bought a 2003 VW Beetle Convertible in March 2003. It was in the shop 22 times in 24 months, and Jim Ellis, Jr. told me it was supposed to leak. I purchased a used Subaru Forester from Value Planner (Raewang Cho) Japan in February 2011. I was not informed of any damage on the vehicle. It arrived in my country in April 2011. On arrival on the port of entry in my country I realised that the radiator was leaking. I took pictures and sent it back to the company asking that they replaced the radiator. Used QuikRete product number 8620-09 for mortar repair, I used per the instructions on the tube's label. After applying, the product turned into a very soft playdough like feel (it was suppose to become firm) and developed a slime like outer covering. Please do not rent from Enterprise. I was just accused of a damaging the vehicle. The damage was so minor that I and the agent was not able to find during the check out inspection. Upon returning the vehicle they found a small crack on the front bumper which they accused of causing. After reviews by the Damage Recovery Unit I am still found at fault!!
