Dear Sir I bought a Citroen car C4 1600 cc from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia model 2006 on the last days of Jan. 2006. Chassis No. 74361575 & motor no. 2782820. It was very good but after 2 years it stopped & I changed the aboubinp. When I came back to Egypt; my country of origin, a lot of problems occur. we had a van insured with aviva. we got cheaper quotes from other companies so we told aviva we wer'nt going to renew our policy. aviva then put it on the insurance database that we were carrying dangerous chemicals so no one else would insure us. we had to go back with aviva. I purchased a gokart and a atv from this company. 1 day later the atv would not start up again. The gokart while riding it, the left front steering frame just snapped. Called the company got a run around had a warranty but no one will call me back when asked to speak to a manager, I am told there might be one tomorrow but they do not know for sure. What kind of company is this, if u want future business u take care of your customers and there complaints. Imagine you are a customer of Budget, now Avis Budget Group, for over 2 decades. You rent a car, call in to extend the rental, per contact, and then return the car. Credit Card charged. You rent another from the same location explaining that you don't know the duration of the rental due to ongoing business. In the interim, a vehicle exchange occurs back at the same rental office and off you go. Your CC is on file; driver's license valid, then a few weeks later your CC is charged for> $1, 200. I rented from budget in December They sent us out in a car with no block heater in -47 degree weather the car would not start I called budget and all they bsaid was oh well it is optional in some cars. So we tried to push it into the garage but the bumper cracked because of the cold. Then we tried towing it and it cracked the back bumper not alot but it did crack. Never buy a 3rd party auto warranty for your used car. The big 3 offer aftermarket warranties for their cars and they cost more, but there is a reason. I just had my Ford transmission go at only 10K into the warranty with Amerigard and while they aggreed that the tranmission had to be replaced, they have a cap (in section IV on the warranty) of $2000 no matter what it costs. Toyota Quality has been sliding way before the recalls. I bought a 2009 Camry hybrid in the fall of 2008 and since day one, I have had problems with the electronic system, the software and the suspension system. I booked a car(Zen Estilo LXI black), through the dealer in Lucknow(one up motors), on 26th december 2009. I received the car after one and half month on 3rd Feb 2010, but I received VXI model and I have to pay 30000 extra money as well and if I am waitnig for the LXI model then I have to wait another one month. why i was decived at K.C.Motors Srinager by their booking executive, when she told me that Beat LT will be delivered after 20 days, ibooked on 9th jan with Rs30000 and then iwas asked to deposit the balance pay ment including car insurance, i did so on 27th of jan & deposited more 3.90 lacs, but so for as on 10-02-2010 no car was deliverd to me, nor are, they now properly responding my phone calls too, i had coplainted the customer cell of G.M Moters at Haryana too, same is the case with the company as that of their dealers, any how it speaks about the performance of company & its dealers how they manage their business of cheating. read full review »

Flying J Ripon, CA I've been to some poorly managed truckstops before but this one takes the cake. My concern lies with the parking issue. This place allows everyone to park anywhere they please and the employees and manager lack concern as to how drivers are going to get out to deliver their load when blocked completely in. I was told at the counter it wasn't their responsibility to govern the parking situation. We park here at our own risk. Purchased a new radiator. The radiator went within a year. A new one was installed...much to the displeasure of the owner. (old grouch who never answers his business phone ). Even on this website I see Young America Auto Insurance advertised. You see everywhere how important it is to be insured today. One of my employees has Young American Insurance. He also has a loan for his vehicle at a local Credit Union. He has had his vehicle for a couple of years and makes monthly payments for insurance and the car payment. I don't want to go into details- would take too much space- but the bottom line is that my car was returned to me with spatter all over the front, tape painted on in places, and in the wrong, and very ugly color! The owner treated me like I was a fool and was very rude. I am now taking him to small claims court. I paid for the highest level service, and didn't deal on price. I deserve better- and you do too. Bought a 2005 Town and Country van. Within one year it needed new power steering rack, which was leaking and would not pass inspection. Dealer says not covered, will be 1000.00. I checked online, looks like hundreds of people have had this problem due to defective original power steering rack. Chrysler has not recalled yet, but they did redesign part since. They will not cover their defective parts- do not buy Town and Country minivans before 2010. This is just bad business practice, I am disappointed at their not standing by their product. read full review »

As I was enroute from Cape Cod to NJ for a funeral, and would have to hop a train to two subway lines through NYC, followed by another train, I decided to only take what I absolutely needed for the weekend. I order a set of 24 inch KMC wheels for the asking online price of $113 a piece. I had the store manager call me today stating he couldn't honor that price and will be refunding the money. I check the website and the wheels still show up for that price. I was very dissapointed how this was handled as I heard they where a great company. I was thinking of doing some future business with them but I am no longer interested in dealing with them. He kept on and on and told me that I needed the extar coverage. I told him that I had NO income coming in and to cancel the policy. I could not afford it. Pep Boys on Admiral & Memorial kept my car for two days while trying to fix my brakes that normally takes about an hour and half. They said they would call me when it was ready. They never called, I had to call them. Once I got to the store two days later, the manager Paul Frailey said sorry we forgot your car was on our lift. FOR TWO DAYS!.
