My wife and I went to the Economy Lube location in Brantford on the afternoon of September 10th, 2008 with our 1995 Ford Explorer for a simple oil change and radiator flush but it didn't turn out to be so simple after all. I booked a rental car with hotwire for June 1 at 12:pm for $172.61 total cost charged to my capital one credit card. Do not go to this store. I went there in 2009 thinking I could squeeze in quick service between my regular Dealer service. What a mistake! These guys bent my tie rod and put all the wrong tires in the wrong position for a tire rotation. I had two sets of warning lights coming on and over a thousand in repairs after going to these guys.
