I want to warn anyone who plans on doing business or is doing business with either of these companies. Back in March I found out my prop shaft was bent on my Yahama 225 hp outboard. After doing some research I decided to purchase a rebuilt lower unit and started searching for one. I came across marineparts.com and they advertised they had the unit I need for a price that I could afford plus a 15 month warrantee which was the icing on the cake. I bought a 95 4Runner from here. The engine blew after only 4 days. Had a full and clear vehicle inspection report which I believe was inaccurate to get it off the lot. They told me I had to pay for the repairs upfront after giving them all my cash for a down. I requested that they put the repair cost into my financing, replace the vehicle, or refund me. They aren't willing to do any of these. Now I'm out of a vehicle and out of a down payment unless I pay upfront for a new engine that they never should have sold. I am the owner of a 2006 Ford Five Hundred. During my purchase at 8:00 PM when the dealership was trying to close my salesman put on an extremely hard sell for the Ford Premium Care Extended Service Plan. Having just gotten rid of a car due to water leaks I asked specifically if it covered leaks. The Salesman assured me it did. He stated it was the same as the 3/36 bumper to bumper warranty with the exception of a $100 deductible. 2004 Cadillac Escalade Warranty work. Took 6 days. Dealership paid only 3 days of car rental. While they left me to pay the other 3 days. Not to mention THE 2004 CADILLAC WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I was recommended by a friend to take driving lessons from a Mr. Stanley Li, of New Concept Driving School. My first lesson with Mr. Li was on May 24th, 2009. My second lesson was May 30th, 2009 at which time I gave Mr. Li $350 for 10 hours of driving lessons. After our 2nd lesson, which was a total of 3.5 hours, Mr. Li disappeared and has since not answered my calls. Since May 30th, I have not had any more driving lessons and Mr. Li owes me $227.50 for the driving lessons he neglected to provide me. read full review »

I purchased my Chrysler 300 in 2005. In November, 2007 I had to have it towed and repaired. The problem was the gear shift sticking. Now, in July, 2009 I am having to have the same problem fixed. I feel that someting is wrong, if I am having this problem fixed every other year. I know that I do not have an extended warranty, but that should not have anything to do with the problem. My mother never had a payment issue with Peak5 until July 2009 when there as no payment taken out of her account. We were never notified that the company went out of business. I tried on her bahalf to get thru a web page or by phone and no such luck as the page was down and the phone had a busy signal at all times of the day. I contacted the local TV station and they advised me to write a demand letter requesting contact from them to her. A letter was sent to the Attorney General and Peak5 via certified mail. I bought 2006 Nissan Pathfinder new in April 17, 2006 and AC 3 year warranty is over. Lot of Pathfinder owners having the same problem. There is a design flaw with this part and they want me to pay full for this repair.To replace this part once it fails they have to REMOVE THE BODY OFF THE FRAME. Instead he placed a skim coating of re-mixed material over the sand / clay sub-soil and called it good. Myself and several others are on the "do not call list", non the less we are all recieving harrasing phone calls from "Auto Warranty Pro's" a supposed national warranty company. Each phone calls says your auto warranty is about to expire, non of us even have auto warranty! Car was taken to 196 Hillside service, inc for a replacement battery. Battery was installed, but battery light came on . Was told that the alternator was not working, that I need to change the alternator. I took it to another shop, and was told that the alternator was damaged internally. Bought a certified pre-owned 2004 corolla from Broadway Toyota which includes a warranty. We take it there for it's maintenance and checks. When there is something that should be taken care of under warranty, the service department conveniently forgets, or doesn't know that it's under warranty even though we bought it there. I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Crossfire from Goldstein Chrysler as a new car, however the general paint condition of the car indicated that it had been washed with dirty water and/or dirty sponges, etc. and the surface was composed of large areas of swirl marks. MV Agusta F4 model is faulty, it overheats causing the radiator to blow, in addition fairings have melted and the bikes have a very serious stalling issue. They refuse to take responsibility for this problem and issue a recall, despite the multiple (1000s) of complaints. This company is one of the most unethical ripoff dealers in the midwest. They sell high mileage used cars at triple blue book in their "Guaranteed Credit Approval" program. They specifically target people who are unable to get financing because of credit issues. Most of their cars sell for approximately $10, 000 and are worth about $3, 000. I had a brake down in my car, I called and ask if it would be covered. I was told that " A timing chain and a timing belt are the same thing." I had the car towed to a shop and after the shop finally was able to talk to someone (after 4 days) They told them that they would not cover the braked down. Easycar appears to be a company that works just well enough to keep from getting shut down but not well enough to trust. Finally talked to Kelly, keep in mind that all I ordered was a replacement gas cap! Asked him after 2 weeks of nothing in the mail and no charge to my bank card said he will send in a week and still nothing A GAS CAP! now, can you imagine trying to get warranty coverage or something more substatial than a gas cap. I Ride a Harley Davidson Motorcycle and I wear an open face Helmet. I went to my local BP garage to fill up with ultimate as usual.
