We made a reservation 6 months in advance to get the best deal, as we always do. We reserved a full size car for $181.30 and had a $20.00 off coupon that was to be taken off at the counter. They promise millage that they can not deliver on. The runs they give you are so close together they have to be run illegal to do them. When you say something about it to them they start screwing with your trips and giving you bad trips you can't make money on. I went to Sabans after being referred by AVIS I am now never going to AVIS and will be taking legal action against Sabans. This is the biggest fraud and ripoff EVER!!! Do not use them!!! I truly believe the good reviews on here are from them to get business to screw over more people and are lies!!!

$89 for an oil changed, said there will be a mail in rebate send to me for $15. It has been well over 6 months and I still haven't seen it. Also they put in a seasonal service and wanted to charge me for another $70 to $80 without letting me know ahead. Overall experience is poor. I'll NEVER buy another GM vehicle ever in my life. My other vehicle is a Nissan Pathfinder and I have it service in Eriksen Nissan and their service is excellent, their price is high but in my opinion, the higher price I paid to Nissan is well worth it. read full review »

The Eagle Warranty Corp.
Eagle Warranty is a SCAM!! We have had nothing but headaches with them. There were 2 cases of service request that they denied, stating that the issue had been fixed on a previous service to the car (then to be called by a "supervisor" and told that we were lying). Once they refused to pay for the cracked heads (resultant from the original service that was done by their company) we traded the car in.

I was not able to get my car fixed and I had to pay for the estimate because Dealer Warranty Services need to see proof of oil change for the LAST 2 YRS. But we service our car at home. There is no reference in the contract for proof of oil change when done at home. The car isn't even in bad condition. I tell them 3 different problems I am having. after waiting for 2 hours they finally paged me over the loud speaker to go talk to a service consultant. they told me that there was nothing wrong. I am not an insurance adjuster or investigator, so I have no knowledge of what reports or information they need to process this claim. In July, I signed up for the warranty with Auto One over the phone and when I received the warranty package; I had problems with all the conditions to maintain the warranty and cancel immediately. Shortly I received a letter telling me my refund will be issued in 10 weeks. After the 10 weeks had past and no refund, I made plenty phone calls and was directed to one person that could help me. I had a rental car without my permit realizing this could be a issue, I contacted my HOA asking for direction in regards to my situation. I was told by the HOA that if I was parked in resident space it didn't matter if permit was in window. The only way I would be towed is if resident complaint that I was in spot. I was the owner of the spot therefore no problem. I park in my assigned spot.

We asked them to bring the car to their Lancaster lot and as long as there wasn't anything major wrong with the car, we would take it. I purchased an '04 Grand Marquis and after only 4 years my radio and DD player went completely out. I expect a $30, 000 car to have a beter and longer lasting radio. i am extremely disappointed in the car. It has been taken care of very good and has less than 50, 000 miles but I am still making payments and had to pay $371 for the radio. The warranty just ran out. A car that cost that much should have a better lasting radio and I should not be expected to pay. I am so disappointed I will never purchase another Ford. Can I be reimbursed in any way

I have read some of the complaints about CPS in rip off reports. I can relate to them, because it sounds exactly how they treated me and my co-workers. I was a store manager and felt bad for my assistant manager well actually both of them were harrassed and both complained to me of how bad they were treated because they wanted to do something about it. The car I was sold (2002 Freelander) had more problems then any car I've bought before. Jeanie (The sales lady) promised me in ayear I wouldn't be upside down in payments which is totally not true. I have a 2006 PT Cruiser. Recently a person who had been behind me, pulled up beside me and toldl me all my tail light were out. When checked, there was condensation (water) inside the tail light cover. We replaced the burned out light bulbs and dried out the covers. About a week later, I went through a car wash. Again last week, my tail lights are out and there is more water in the tail light covers. I'm thinking they are shorting out from the water. Going to dealership tomorrow. Not being a mechanic I asked for a service report and they said that they would get it to me. They never did. I am now retired. Living an a fixed income. I had a bad incident were I Cosigned a loan for a future daughter in-law. Long story short, this is pending ( not yet claimed in court against me ), and on my record as cosinee. American is holding this against me. My own bank said they raised my credit rating as time gaoes by they will do this. American does not!!! I have been with american Family ever sice I had insurance. ( I in my late 50's ).
