Klean Kar Wash
Julia March 5, 2009
I went to the above stated place of business for a car wash. But instead I got ripped off! Late January early February, I took my vehicle to be washed and waxed. I had a diamond earring, a parking decal and some change in the ashtray; as I had gone out a couple nights before and emptied my wallet for the sake of space. Not thinking of thieves, I took my car to be washed. It took 3 hours for them to complete and once I entered my car, the door well on the driver's side still had trash inside, but after 3 hours, I was ready to go, so I... read full review »

Tier One Warranty
Mickey March 5, 2009
I have been trying to get a refund of my extended auto warranty for 4 months now. I paid $1300 for the extended warranty and tried to cancel 3 months later. They will tell you to contact the company that sold the warranty. In my case that was Warranties 4 Wheels. Warranty 4 Wheels tells me they have done all they can do for me and to get my refund and I should contact Tier One. Tier One states contact Warranties 4 Wheels. I have sent 8 emails to [email protected] all with no response. Tier one called me at the request of warranties 4 wheels and... read full review »

Barrett Motorcars
Wendy March 5, 2009
This company is very dishonest. Purchased a 2005 Jaguar from them on 12/24/08. It was Christmas Eve and told car title, another key, CD Magazine, Books on the Car and GPS, front grill piece for the car were at their other store. My husband drove 3 hours from Shreveport, Louisiana to purchase the car as a surprise. He is very trust worthy and didn't think things through as he gave someone a cashier check for a car and nothing in return showing proof of ownership - he wanted to hurry and get home as to not ruin the surprise as it wa... read full review »

Accurate Automotive Group
Nancy March 5, 2009
This company, run by scam salesmen Brent, Ben and George sold my child a Volvo S40. 1. This car does not go into park without smacking on the gear. 2. The remote that was SUPPOSED to go with the car, was not given to her-so she can't open the trunk 3. They had to switch from one car to another and they gave her this 'trade' with an empty tank, after she had filled the other car that also did not work. 4. The lug nuts were so loose, that her tires could have fallen off while she was driving it. (The garage we took it to, asked... read full review »

Speedway SuperAmerica
Sandra March 5, 2009
Speedway is unfair to their employees. They tell you one day that your doing a great job, and the next they day tell you your fired! When they get a new manager at a particular store, the new manager is told by the District Manager to terminate all the employees that worked for the former manager. Even if they do nothing wrong. All their camera's are pointed at the employees. When a customer does a drive off, the employee is written up for it, and most times fired for it. However they will also fire you for not authorizing the pump... read full review »

I purchased a used Ford F150 and decided to purchase an extended warranty from Gjovik Ford for my truck. I purchased a Premium Ford ESP Warranty, top of the line warranty on an official ESP contract, paid for it and a few months later found out they cancel it, after they submit it, and purchased an after market GE brand warranty. They had no permission and no paperwork to do such a thing, but my only options are to cancel it and sign a new contract ...plus $500 or deal with what I got. Ford Customer care will do nothing because its a legal... read full review »

We bought a brand new 2007 Jeep Patriot and paid cash. They promised on a contract that for a full year we would get oil changes and a touch up paint job. Well the owners went out of business leaving us with no oil changes and no paint job. This is criminal because they charged us for this. They ripped us off and I would like to know who this owner is because I deserve my money back for the guarantee that I paid. read full review »

I took it in to Orange Park Acura and they took full responsiblity and admitted that there was a defect in the TL tranmissions that they were working on. They replaced my transmission free of charge. Bought Ethos to improve gas mileage and decrease car pollution. Also as part of their attraction was to pay them $5 and receive gas vouchers. These were to be redeemed along with $100 in gas receipts of one particular gas brand per month. I was to receive a $25 gift card for each month's redemptions for a total of$100 plus my $5 back. No gift card ever came, and the next batch of vouchers were returned to me. The address in Largo, FL was no good. The 1-800 number was also not valid. read full review »

The first bill was 319.00 ...235 which was in labor and now they want to charge him 110 for a new brake hose... They fixed my car a week ago and wanted to charge me 322 for a wheel baring... I called around to other shops and they did come down to 272. 220 in labor... Any one taking a car to any shop, make sure you get quotes of other prices... BE CAREFUL. read full review »
